Inspection Rules
Sign in inspection rules:
1. When signing for a package, if the outer packaging is found to be severely damaged or does not meet the receiving requirements, warehouse personnel will directly reject or return the goods.
2. If your package meets the signing requirements, the warehouse will open all packages for prohibited items inspection after receiving them, and then weigh and store them.
3. If we find that your goods do not meet the requirements for transportation and air transportation, we will make special markings on the relevant orders to remind you to negotiate a return.
4. If you have not found the warehouse's receiving information within a reasonable domestic shipping time (usually 3-5 days for domestic shipping), please contact your sender/domestic logistics company or website customer service personnel to confirm the status of the goods.
Inspection and Storage Instructions
We will verify and inspect the quantity, color, size, and other specifications of the goods. After the inspection is completed, we will remove the original courier box and use OOPBUY self sealing bags to package the goods and arrange for storage. (Fragile and easily damaged, express boxes serve as packaging boxes for goods, and oversized items are discarded and kept in their original boxes. The specific situation is subject to actual operation)
matters needing attention:
a、 Color difference, size error, and usage effect are not within the scope of inspection;
b、 The quality, model, and spare parts of specialized products such as electrical appliances, digital products, and peripheral products are not within the scope of inspection;
c. The inspection rules for sealed packaging and products with sealed labels or sealing strips, such as "CD", "figurines", and "adult products", are not to open the package for inspection. Only the appearance can be inspected for damage, and the details or functions of the contents cannot be specifically verified;
