After modifying the terms of service, if you do not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by Ecanbuy. Your continued use of the services provided by Ecanbuy will be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms of service.

1、 Scope of Application of Service Terms

The ownership and operation rights of the relevant registered user services belong to "Ecanbuy Inc" ("we"), and the services provided must be executed in accordance with its published service articles, terms, and operating standards. It also represents that the relevant users have reached an agreement with Ecanbuy and accepted all of its service terms.

2、 Information Collection and Use

When you use Ecanbuy's services, the personal information we may need to collect and use includes the following two types:

1. To achieve the basic functions of providing our services to you, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to register, log in, or use our services normally;

2. To provide you with additional features of our services, you may choose to individually agree or disagree with the information we collect and use. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the intended functional effects, which will not affect your use of our basic functions.

We guarantee your right to know and choose during the installation or use process in accordance with the law. 4、 User Rights and Obligations

1. You have the right to log in to the Ecanbuy website and access, correct, and supplement your personal information.

2. You have the right to contact online customer service and request to cancel your account. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

3. In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely based on non manual automated decision-making mechanisms, including algorithms. If these decisions affect your legitimate rights and interests, you can contact us through customer service.

4. All information you provide to Ecanbuy should be true, accurate, and not misleading. You understand and agree that you have an obligation to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.

5. You are not allowed to use your registered account or Ecanbuy services to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of Ecanbuy, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

6. You are not allowed to copy, duplicate, sell, resell or use for any other commercial purposes any part of the Ecanbuy services or the content obtained or used by Ecanbuy services.

7. You are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, and validity of the information transmitted through your Ecanbuy account or Ecanbuy services. Any legal responsibility related to the information you disseminate shall be borne by you and shall not be related to Ecanbuy. If any damage is caused to Ecanbuy or any third party as a result, you shall compensate according to law, and Ecanbuy will also reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility for the relevant users and users.

8. You are responsible for all actions under your account, including but not limited to signing various agreements online, posting information, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information.

5、 Storage of Information

Ecanbuy has no upper limit on the amount of information transmitted. We have taken reasonable and feasible security measures that comply with industry standards to protect your information and prevent unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss of personal information. In addition, please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. Do not trust trading through other trading tools to avoid information theft or even online fraud.

6、 Exemption from liability

1. The product information provided by Ecanbuy will try to reproduce the real situation as much as possible, but due to various factors such as the surrounding environment, shooting angles, and differences in equipment during the shooting process, we cannot guarantee that the product is exactly the same as the actual sample.

2. Ecanbuy will purchase the designated goods on the platform you specified. If the platform you specified shows out of stock, price changes, delayed delivery, inconsistent product samples with website product information, abnormal goods, or other uncontrollable factors that prevent the normal completion of the purchase, we will communicate and coordinate with you in a timely manner. Ecanbuy will not be responsible for any losses caused to you.

3. Ecanbuy will promptly handle any after-sales issues related to the products we purchase for you, such as missing items, damage, defects, etc.

4. Ecanbuy shall not be held responsible for any losses or consequences caused by your active disclosure of the Ecanbuy account or your exposure to attacks, fraud, or other actions by others. You should seek legal remedies and seek compensation from the infringer.

7、 Prohibited behaviors

Ecanbuy services cannot be used for the following activities:

(1) Violation of any laws, regulations, ordinances or provisions.

(2) Related to transactions involving the following items:

(a) Anesthetics, steroids, certain regulated drugs, or other products that may endanger consumer safety;

(b) Drug paraphernalia;

(c) Cigarettes;

(d) Unlicensed marijuana or other psychoactive plants;

(e) Nutrition, vitamins, supplements, herbs, subscription based natural health products;

(f) Items that incite, encourage, or facilitate the guidance of others to participate in illegal activities;

(g) Stolen items, including digital and virtual items;

(h) Items that incite hatred, violence, racial or other forms of prejudice, or profit from criminal activities;

(i) Items considered obscene;

(j) Any item that infringes upon or violates any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights, or any other proprietary rights under the laws of any jurisdiction;

(k) Certain pornographic materials or services;

(l) Ammunition, weapons, or certain weapon components or accessories, or

(m) Certain weapons or knives that are regulated by applicable laws.

(3) Related to the following transactions:

(a) Violating applicable laws when displaying personal information of third parties;

(b) Support pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix scams, other "get rich quick" schemes, or certain multi-level offline pyramid schemes;

(c) Transactions related to the purchase of annuity or lottery contracts, prepaid deposit purchase systems, overseas banking services, or debt financing or refinancing provided by credit cards;

(d) Selling certain items before the seller controls or owns them;

(e) The payment processor receives payments on behalf of the merchant;

(f) Related to the sale of traveler's checks or money orders;

(g) Involving currency exchange or check cashing business;

(h) Involving certain credit repair or debt repayment services, credit card transactions, or insurance activities, or

(i) Involving the provision or receipt of funds related to bribery or corruption.

(4) Involving the sale of products or services that have been identified by government agencies as potentially fraudulent.

You shall bear legal responsibility for your actions during the use of Ecanbuy services. The forms in which you assume legal responsibility include but are not limited to: compensating the victim, and after Ecanbuy assumes legal responsibility for administrative penalties or infringement damages caused by its user behavior, you should provide Ecanbuy with equal compensation, as well as other losses suffered by Ecanbuy as a result.

8、 Compensation liability

1. If your actions cause losses to Ecanbuy and/or its affiliates (including direct economic losses, goodwill losses, and indirect economic losses such as external compensation, settlement payments, legal fees, preservation insurance premiums, litigation costs, etc.), you shall compensate Ecanbuy and/or its affiliates for all of the aforementioned losses.

2. If your actions result in Ecanbuy and/or its affiliates being subject to claims by third parties (including but not limited to sellers on platforms such as Taobao and 1688), Ecanbuy and/or its affiliates may recover all losses from you after assuming financial obligations to the third party.

9、 Applicable laws and jurisdiction

1. These service agreements, as well as any separate agreements we provide services to you, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Chinese law.

2. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of Ecanbuy services shall be resolved through negotiation between Ecanbuy and you. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court with jurisdiction over the place where the agreement is signed
