What should I do if I find any problems with the product after it arrives at Ecabuy warehouse?
1. In the "under review" status, you can click "cancel order" on the corresponding order on the "My Orders" page in the user center, and the payment will be immediately refunded to the available balance of your Ecanbuy account;
2. In the "Processing" status, you can click "Cancel Order" on the corresponding order on the "My Orders" page in the User Center. If you have not yet placed an order, our procurement team will cancel the order and refund you within 1 working day. The payment will be refunded to your Ecanbuy account's available balance;
3. In the "Ordered" status, you can click on "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the "My Orders" page in the user center. Our purchasing department will apply to the seller. If the seller has not shipped yet, after the seller confirms the refund, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the available balance of your Ecanbuy account, which usually takes 3 days;
4. If the seller falsely shipped the item in the "shipped" status, you can click "refund/return" on the corresponding order in the "My Orders" page of the user center to apply for a return. Our procurement department will apply for a refund from the seller. After the seller confirms the refund, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your Ecanbuy account available balance, which usually takes 7 days;
5. Within 5 days after the item has been received, you can click on "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order in the "My Orders" page of the user center to apply for a return. Our purchasing department will apply to the seller, and the specific situation depends on whether the seller agrees. Once the seller agrees, we will return the item as soon as possible. The return tracking number will be displayed in the corresponding order. After the seller receives the item and returns the payment to us, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your Ecanbuy account available balance. Generally, it takes 7-15 days, depending on the seller's confirmation of the refund time;
6. Within 5 days after being "in stock", you can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the "My Orders" page in the user center to apply for an exchange. We will apply to the seller, and the specific time depends on whether the seller agrees. Once agreed, we will return the item as soon as possible. The return tracking number will be displayed in the corresponding order. It usually takes 7-20 days from the return of the exchanged item to the seller's reshipment and storage, depending on the seller. Due to the process of two shipments and merchant inspection involved in the exchange, the cycle is relatively long. If you have high requirements for timeliness, we suggest that you try to minimize the exchange.
