Product storage period

1、 The normal storage period for purchasing and shipping packages is 90 days, starting from the order status of "stored". When it is about to expire, you will receive a system email reminder. However, if you fail to submit the package waybill or provide any feedback after 90 days, it will be considered as giving up the goods. We will dispose of the expired goods uniformly.

2、 The deadline for abnormal packages (i.e. packages signed for by the warehouse or incomplete logistics information) is 30 days, calculated from the order status of "signed for". Due to the inability to match relevant orders and users with such packages, no reminders can be given. Exceeding the deadline will be considered as giving up storage and destruction by Ecanbuy.

1. During the storage period, Ecanbuy is responsible for the safekeeping of the goods and assumes corresponding responsibilities, but the shelf life of the goods is not within the scope of safekeeping (for example, perishable items have a shelf life of only one month).

2. The destroyed goods will no longer receive any prompts or notifications.

To avoid the destruction of the product, please submit the package in a timely manner within the storage validity period. Thank you for your support and understanding
